TICKET HOLDER INFORMATIONDoors will open to ticket holders at 4:00 PM on Saturday, March 21, 2015. Lines to clear through the check-in process may be long, please follow the directions of event staff to help facilitate the process. The 2015 National Cherry Blossom Festival Opening Ceremony will start at 5:00 PM and conclude at approximately 6:30 PM. Please be respectful of fellow audience members and plan your individual itinerary to allow you to remain for the entirety of the show.Each person, regardless of age, including infants and toddlers, must have a ticket to enter the venue. We are sorry, but there are no exceptions.Tickets are assigned to specific sections. There is no reserved seating within each section, and seating is done on a first come, first served basis. You must be seated by 4:45 PM or your tickets will become void.LOST/FORGOTTEN TICKETSTicket holders who forget to print and bring their tickets to the venue, or cannot retrieve them on their smartphone, will be served by the Lost or Forgotten Tickets queue. Please be prepared to show a photo ID, with name matching the ticket reservation. RESERVATION FEETickets to the National Cherry Blossom Festival Opening Ceremony are free. However, there is a $5.00 registration fee per ticket required to make a reservation.WALK-INSWalk-ins (non ticket holders) to the event will be accepted at 4:45 PM on the day of the event, if space is available due to no-shows, though there are no guarantees. ACCESSIBLE SEATING REQUESTS To request accessible seating, contact TicketMob at EVENT TICKET TERMS & POLICIES Those who have obtained tickets to the 2015 National Cherry Blossom Festival Opening Ceremony are subject to the following Terms of Use and Acquisition: -- Those obtaining tickets assume all responsibility for allowing others access to the tickets awarded them and are solely responsible to ensure the tickets awarded them are not duplicated. -- The sale or attempted sale of these tickets is prohibited and if discovered will result in the ticket(s) being voided. The sale or attempted sale of these tickets is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Tickets purchased from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so, are void. -- Ticket may not be used for advertising promotion (including contests and sweepstakes), or other trade purposes. RESTRICTED ITEMS Ticket holders are reminded that aerosols of any kind, fireworks/firecrackers, animals (except guide dogs), duffel bags suitcases backpacks coolers, real or simulated weapons ammunition, knives of any kind, mace pepper spray, laser lights pointers, glass containers, alcohol/drugs, outside food or beverages, and video equipment are prohibited. This list may not be all-inclusive. Strollers are discouraged. Wheelchairs and diaper bags are allowed. TRANSPORTATION PARKING There is one garage attached to Warner Theatre operated by PMI with an entrance on 12th Street between E and F Streets NW. Additional parking is available at numerous garages in the vicinity of the theatre. Warner Theatre does not own or operate any of the parking garages and it, along with the National Cherry Blossom Festival, are not responsible for parking rates or for vehicles left in the garages. The National Cherry Blossom Festival strongly encourages the use of public transportation. The closest Metro stop is at Metro Center on the Blue/Orange/Red lines (use the F & 12th Street exit). CAMERA POLICY Professional photography equipment (with detachable or zoom lenses) is not permitted without an appropriate media or photo pass. Photography via non-professional point and shoot cameras is permitted, provided that they are used without a flash. The National Cherry Blossom Festival reserves the right to remove any person who fails to comply with this policy. CONCESSIONS Outside food or drink is prohibited from being brought into the theatre, including bottled water. Water fountains are available inside the building, and several full-service bars will be operational. Patrons of legal drinking age can purchase alcohol from the full service bars inside the theatre. All patrons who wish to drink must furnish a photo ID for age verification.
