Toadies is an alternative rock band that emerged out of Forth Worth, Texas in 1989 as pioneers of the local grunge scene. With the release of its debut album, Rubberneck, with Interscope Records in 1994, the group rose to recognition for its fusion of alternative and hard rock and subsequently embarked on an extensive tour throughout the US. Despite Toadies early success and a solid following, an uninspired sophomore record and grueling show schedule caused the band to break up by 2001. After playing a reunion show in 2006, Toadies dropped its third LP, No Deliverance, in 2008 and has since continued to record and release new material.

FREE5PM Door :: 7:30 Host Band :: John O and Friends9:30PM SessionsEvery Tuesday evening Isis presents our Tuesday Bluegrass Sessions. The sessions are hosted each week by a local bluegrass musician with friends or a band. Following the host band, Bluegrass musicians from the Asheville area gather on stage to jam in an open session. Occasionally, we feature a touring band that will perform prior to the open session and help co-host the jam. It's always a great evening of music and community.
