New York-born artist Maria Muldaur is a folk-blues singer/songwriter who was part of the original American folk music revival of the early 1960s as the vocalist and violinist of groups such as Jim Kweskin & The Jug Band. She released her eponymous debut solo album in 1973, and earned national attention for the hit single "Midnight at the Oasis." After releasing her second album Waitress In a Donut Shop, in 1974, she established a friendship with Grateful Dead and went on to work with the band as a backing vocalist during the late 1970s. Muldaur continued to release her own material during this era and into the 21st century, while also finding time to collaborate with acts such as the Jerry Garcia Band.

Exhumed is a death metal band from San Jose, California that plays a vintage style of death metal directly influenced by the genre's 1980s pioneers.Interjecting gore-themed lyrics into its songs, Exhumed manages to distinguish and set itself apart from the myriad of other California-based death metal acts out there by building a strong, disturbingly visceral image for itself.Founded in 1990, the group has gone through a substantial amount of lineup changes in its decades long history, but it has nevertheless managed to hold on to its characteristically endearing style.

Obituary is elemental death metal to its core - thrashing hard since 1990. These five Floridians began their career performing their hardcore breed of death metal, building a savagely devoted fan base over the decades. They now perform all over the world, with fans throughout Europe, Asia, South America and the states. Their musical and stylistic evolutions reflect their authentic dedication to the genre of death metal, and their consistent ticket sales reflect that fans agree.
