Featuring "(Everything I Do) I Do It For You," the album carried him through an extended world tour that lasted on and off for two years. Adams continues to release new music and has become a respected photographer, but he will always be remembered as a rock and roll crooner.

»Mama's Black Sheep~power Pop Duo Full Of Life, Love, Fun & Energy! + Alexis Antes ~ Acoustic Folk Rock Singer Songwriter

    October 22, 2014 8:00 PM

Love was a rock band from Los Angeles that is credited as being one of the first racially diverse music acts. The band's diversity was reflected in the its use of different genres including rock and roll, garage rock, folk rock and psychedelia. Arthur Lee formed the band The Grass Roots in 1965 with Johnny Echols, and the pair added Bryan MacLean to the band before changing its name to Love. Love's self-titled debut album was released in 1966, and sold relatively well, but the band would release its breakthrough albums the next year. The 1967 Da Capo featured a mix of melodic and harder-hitting rock songs that stretched the psychedelic sounds of the 1960s into hints of the soon to emerge punk rock scene, while Forever Changes focused on using folk-inspired acoustic guitars, strings and horns. The band's frequent lineup changes and substance abuse problems led to the disbanding of Love in 1996 and again in 2005.
