»Xmas In Brooklyn: Run Dmc Ll Cool J Lecrae & Keyshia Cole

December 19, 2014 7:30 PM

Keyshia Cole is an R&B and hip-hop singer/songwriter from Oakland, California whose 2005 debut album The Way It Is propelled the young artist's almost meteoric rise to becoming one of the music industry's biggest selling acts. Citing R&B greats such as Mary J. Blige and Brandy as her primary influences, Keyshia Cole has not only lived up to the high standards set by her musical role models, but has, in many ways, surpassed them. Following her certified platinum debut, Cole went on to release several subsequent albums that not only surpassed her debut in terms of sales, but also in the acclaim of critics who celebrate the tremendously successful singer as the new face of R&B in the 21st Century.
