The Plumb Grove is a historical house and occupies immense monumental value. Its construction dates back to as long as 1832. The Grove is also popularly regarded as the Nesbitt-Warner House. The significant avenue was occupied by the Warner family as until 1967 and it stayed in the Nesbitt family till 1983. The home has been restored and is open for general public viewing. It stands listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
