The Saint Mary’s Episcopal Church is a historic church located in Bel Air, Maryland. Built in 1851, the church is a Gothic Revival structure holds the distinction of being the lone church in America to possess a finished set of stained glass paintings by William Butterfield. The church site also includes a graveyard. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.
Nestled within the sprawling campus of Harford Community College, the Hays-Heighe House is certainly a historical landmark. Erected in 1808, it was incorporated in the U.S. National Register of Historic Places in 1972.
Church of the Holy Trinity is a cozy little church which was established in 1878. The beautiful structure is made of stone in the Gothic Revival style of architecture. The interiors are delightful and make use of stained glass windows, thereby giving the church an ancient feel. The church is fully functional even today, with regular masses and religious ceremonies held as per schedule. The church has its annual festival which is celebrated to bring together the community and raise funds for the underprivileged. It also hosts various other programs throughout the year to keep keep its members active and create harmony among them.

The Thomas Run Church or Watters Meeting House is a historical landmark of Harford County. Incorporated in the U.S. National Register of Historic Places, it is still operational and continues to serve the community.
Historic farm estate on the Chesapeake Bay situated on 463 acres. The mansion and grounds are available for rent specializing in weddings and other outdoor affairs. The farm is open 7 days a week during daylight hours and is ideal for wildlife watching.
Sports and athletics at the Community College of Baltimore County is more like a passion. The sophisticated Physical Education Center housed on the Essex Campus is testimony to that. Sprawled across 34,000 square feet (3159 square meters), the center boasts of full-length basketball, volleyball and tennis courts, excellent racquetball facilities, a weight training room, wonderful locker rooms, and outdoor facilities like a baseball stadium, a soccer ground, softball fields and more. The center hosts not only regional and national sporting championships, but also various local cultural events in its beautiful dance studios. The skipjack Martha Lewis was fabricated in 1955. This relic of Chesapeake Bay history is moored in Havre de Grace. This dredge boat gives an insight into the oyster dredging and affiliated activities.
The Concord Point Lighthouse is the pride and joy of the city. Built in 1827, the lighthouse is the second such oldest surviving lighthouse in the state. Located at the mouth of the Susquehanna River, the lighthouse is still operational. From the lighthouse, you have a breathtaking view of the bay and the river. Because of its scenic popularity, it offers a perfect setting for weddings, private parties and other glamorous celebrations. Most often though, it is the site for regular school events.
