Sugarloaf Craft Festival
Maryland State FairgroundsApril 19, 2015 10:00 AM
2200 York Road
Timonium, MD 21093
The chief aim of the Sugarloaf Craft Festival is to provide a marketplace for artists and craftsmen to sell their work directly to the public. Sugarloaf focuses on contemporary arts and crafts, but it exhibits fine folk art as well. A large number of artists from across the nation compete for available spaces, as the exhibition is held in different cities during the year. This festival is not all about shopping—it’s also an avenue to learn about the fantastic details and aesthetics that go into the work of these skilled craftsmen. Live performances by musicians like Martin and Scott complete the entire artistic experience.
