Constructed and established in 1795, the Farm Content is a historically-significant home sited in Westminster. It stands as one of the supreme examples of Federal architecture in the vicinity of Carroll County. Predominantly a brick structure, it is a two-story building. Five bays wide at the principal façade, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places on June 20, 1975. A noteworthy feature is in the form of the gable walls that rise over the roof lines forming low parapets. The presence of the privy acts as a great element that enhances the vitality of the home.
