The National Association of Workforce Development Professionals and Towson Universitys Center for Professional Studies are teaming up to provide workforce agencies located in the Mid-Atlantic Region a brand new opportunity to enhance the skills of the next generation of workforce leaders.  NAWDP and CPS are proud to announce the launch the Mid-Atlantic Leadership Academy for Workforce. This year-long program will be a mix of in person and online learning events all focused on preparing the participants to more effectively lead their teams, agencies, and workforce industry in the future.  The Academy is designed to assist emerging leaders from Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia, and the District of Columbia become ready for that next step in their workforce careers.
