Falcon, NC 28342
The celebrated Falcon Tabernacle is an octagon-shaped Pentecostal Holiness Church structure, and is also referred to as the Little Tabernacle or the Octagon Tabernacle. This historic building is located in Falcon, North Carolina and was constructed in 1898. A rare fact indicates that the church was predominantly built using trees that had been uprooted by a tornado. The use of eight-sided tents in ancient religious revivals is represented by the architecture of the building. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on October 11, 1983.
