    The Fort Collins Brewery was originally established in 2003, with its focus on three German lagers. Under a new management in 2004, the brewery expanded to produce international varieties of ales. In 2010, the brewery moved to its present location on Lincoln Avenue. Boasting 30,000 square feet (2787.09 square meters) of space, the expansive area gave The Fort Collins Brewery an additional boost. Weekly tours around the brewery take visitors through the brewing process. The tour ends in a tasting session, wherein guests can sample their special brews like 1900 Amber, Chocolate Stout, Doppel Bock and Maibock.

    Inspired by his travels to Belgium and the fantastic brews he sampled throughout the journey, Jeff Lebesch got back to brew his own beer. The initial success and appreciation gave way to the forming of this now award-winning brewery. Fat Tire Ale is the brewery's single most successful beer and has also inspired bicycle tours! Tours are available on all the days, the brewery remains open and takes visitors to a delightful journey of brewing and the history of New Belgium.
