Massaponax Baptist Church was built in 1788, but owing to space constraints it was relocated to its current site in 1859. The church was put to use as an army headquarter-cum-hospital during the Civil War. Added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1991, this historical church is still functional and open to all visitors.

Saint Mary of the Immaculate Conception is a Roman Catholic Church that it is committed to the spiritual growth of the community. Situated in a single-story, brick building, with a prominent cross at its entrance, this church has contemporary interiors with glossy wooden pews circling the altar. It conducts religious services such as Sunday Mass, sacraments of catechisms and confessions, and vacation Bible school. It also offers religious education for children attending middle and high school, and has special classes for parents and adults. The Holy Cross Academy, an elementary school, is affiliated to this church.
The Trinity Episcopal church of Fredericksburg is an Anglican church operating under the Diocese of Virginia. The original congregation of the church was established in 1877 and the current building was erected in the year of 1959. The church focuses on two aspects of Christianity - spirituality development and community service. It welcomes members of all ages from infants to seniors and has many programs for each age group. There is a childcare facility available for parents who can drop their children at the nursery in the church during service.
