Held at South Mountain Fairgrounds near Arendtsville, 10 miles northwest of Gettysburg, this county fair features exhibits, 4H/FFA judging, fireworks, rides, a food auction, and live entertainment. Held in August.
A member of the League of American Orchestras and the Hanover Area Chamber of Commerce, the Hanover Symphony is a non-profit community orchestra that was established in 1955. The Hanover Symphony Orchestra members play three to four concerts a year.
