Jay Phillips is a rising star in the comedy world. He's co-starred opposite Tina Fey and Amy Poehler in "Baby Mama", and alongside Will Ferrell in "Semi-Pro". He's also performed stand-up on HBO's "Def Comedy Jam", "The Late Late Show", E!'s "Chelsea Lately" and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live." He even appeared on acclaimed cop drama "The Shield". A Washington native, Phillips got his break on radio as the co-host of one of Baltimore's most popular morning shows, and he now tours across the country spreading the laughs.
