Merchant is a casual dining restaurant that go by the farm-to-table concept of food. Meats and vegetables used here are locally sourced from farmers, and is as fresh as it gets. Johnny Delmonico's movie set kind of decor comprises a sleek combination of metal and dark brown wood. Crisp white linen covers the tables, and the bar is classic mahogany. The Kollege Klub is popular sports bar in Madison, that is mainly frequented by students of the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
