The menu offers and extensive choice of po boys from prime rib and Turkey Pastrami Parran to veal supreme and grilled Italian sausage Parran. Sharing the stage with the po boys is the selection of delectable Mufulleta. Apart from this, the menu also offers a selection of char burgers, club sandwiches and pizzas. Four long years after hurricane Katrina leveled Sid-Mar's at the lake, this New Orleans favorite has returned to the restaurant scene. Sid Mar's Restaurant and Bar, formally of Bucktown, reopened in Metairie will all of the seafood favorites that made the restaurant an institution. This family-run restaurant offers a menu of fresh grilled, broiled, and fried seafood in addition to po boys, burgers, and salad. With six buns, eighteen specialty sauces, twenty-one toppings, and eleven cheeses to choose from, the burger combinations are nearly endless. This venerable institution has been serving scores of New Orleans residents their oyster fixes since 1965 and shows no sign of slowing down anytime soon. Chateau Du Lac Bistro is one of the most fun places to be at. The French delicacies will sure you coming back. The ambiance is romantic and cozy. The food is organic and great; you may try the onion soup, spinach and bacon salad, duck, pork tenderloin, hamburgers and lots more. The wines are exquisite.
