Veterans Memorial Hall is a landmark structure commemorating veterans of all wars in Winnebago County. Dedicated in 1903 by President Theodore Roosevelt, it is one of the first of its kind in the state of Illinois and built in Greek revival and classical architectural styles. It showcases a collection of war artifacts, well-preserved over the years, that offer a glimpse into the country's history. The hall can be rented out for private and social events.
