Slidell Little Theatre offers six plays per season. They offer a children's summer workshop with 75 students between ages 8 and 13.
A magical holiday celebration featuring live entertainment, storytelling, visits with Santa and Mrs. Claus, a Parade of Trees, plus holiday decorations. Takes place from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Held in December.
Offers hands on art activities, live music, a dance exhibition and more. Free admission. Children must be accompanied by parents. Takes place from 4 to 6 p.m. Held in June.

The North Star Theatre is the home of United Theatre Artists, Inc. Each summer a Drama Camp for Kids is held at the North Star.
At the Louisiana Academy of Performing Arts, thousands of students have taken music lessons at their three school locations since 1978. They offer a variety of programs, some of which include acting, composition, jazz studies, piano/keyboard, violin/strings and more.
The amphitheater at Mandeville is a venue for local events. It is the perfect entertainment venue for everyone. An open-air theater it hosts concerts and performances. If you are in this area then do not forget to catch a show here.
This family event takes place the first two weekends in December. It features over 50 festive holiday light displays, a walking tour, kiddie rides, food, drink and entertainment. It takes place between 6 and 9 p.m.
Located on the University of New Orleans campus, this multi-purpose events arena hosts performances, concerts and sporting events and boasts an Olympic-size swimming pool. The arena is well-known for its excellent acoustic design, making all of its seats "good seats."
Named after UNO head coach Ron Maestri, this magnificent space is a famous stadium of New Orleans. UNO Maestri Field, in the University of Maestri Field hosts football tournaments. You can find students and visitors bustling in to watch their favorite team live or just hanging around to enjoy the events happening here. The entire experience of watching a performance, here, is truly exciting.
UNO Human Performance Center is where the students of University of New Orleans head for leisure and to catch up with various happenings. This 1,200 seat space is occupied by students, locals and visitors alike to watch sport tournaments and special events. Here patrons just can't seem to get enough with the thrilling and nail-biting experience while watching the University of New Orleans Privateers basketball teams play live.
