The city-owned Statesville Civic Center is a flexible venue, comprising a 12,000 square feet (1115 square meters) hall to take care of events of any scale. This hall can be hired as a whole facility or can be divided into eight seperate meeting rooms to accommodate smaller events. These rooms are equipped with office furnitures, dance floor, podium, LCD projector and projection screens, thus making it ideal for conferences as well as parties. The Thyatira Presbyterian Church, Cemetery, and Manse is located at Mill Bridge, North Carolina. This historic church was incorporated in the U.S. National Register of Historic Places in 1984.
Centre Presbyterian Church, Session House and Cemeteries is a historic complex dedicated to building faith, hope and love abiding by the scriptures. The church building was first constructed in 1765, but it got destroyed by fire due to a twist of fate. The church building was reconstructed in 1854. The cemetery of the church has gravestones that date back to the 18th Century. The site was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.
