The New Jersey-based band The Gaslight Anthem is an alternative punk rock band that was formed in 2006. Ralphie May is a stand-up comedian from Chattanooga, TN by way of Clarksville, AR who got his start on the comedy scene by winning a contest at the age of 17 to open for his comedy idol Sam Kinison. Following a recommendation by Kinison that he move to Houston to further develop his comedy routine, May moved to the city to study his craft and later to LA to put it into practice. Since then, May's career in comedy has been wildly successful, particularly on television, with appearances on Last Comic Standing, The Tonight Show, and The Wayne Brady Show just to name a few.
