From I-10, merge onto US-301 S via exit 343 toward Lawtey/Starke. Continue driving through Starke on US-301 S. From the Gainesville Regional Airport, start out going west on Airport Access Rd. Turn right onto FL-222 W. Turn right onto FL-24. Turn slight right onto US-301 N/Main St. Continue to follow US-301 N. Hotel will be on left hand side between the Waldo Flea Market and Waldo Motorsports racetrack. From I-75, exit at SR-26 or Newberry Road and continue to go east. Turn left on FL-24 E. Merge onto US-301 N.
