University Area Community Center Complex, is more into social service and health-care services. Although, it does conduct workshops and seminars that cover varies issues. Special workshops for kids and women are organized too. This center is also rented out for gatherings and other social events. Apart from the regular classes in cheer-leading, karate sessions are conducted for kids and adults as well.

The USF Theatre 2 in Tampa, Florida, is the 2nd of the two theaters in the University and is extremely popular among the students and the locals of the city. The theater has been host to several famous stars such as Bill Hollman with Jazz Surge, Turtle Island String Quartet, Jim Mcneely with Jazz Surge. The ambience at the theater is comfortable and the seating is spacious. Do remember cameras, phones, beepers, snacks are not allowed in the premises and you would want to check if your kids are allowed for the show before getting them along.
The University of South Florida Music Recital Hall, is located in the city of Tampa. This facility isn't too large and can hold around 300 people during events. The lighting and ambience at the hall aren't too fancy, but decent enough for one to enjoy the show.
